Description havent drawn Olethriel in a long time. I also some how ended up using the same color dress as the dress I drew her in from the last picture I did of her lol. I guess this shade of blue is her color. The goal here was to create an image with very bold contrast and colors. I hope I did ok! I'm quite enjoying this painting style too.
