An OC that's been in my head for a long time but I've only just now solidified. He's the father to another character whose design I adopted from *Burscutum

He doesn't have a single name, but people mostly call him "Your Majesty" or "Highness". He's somewhat lighthearted, and only has one heir, but many children. He can be vicious and cruel, but also surprisingly gentle and forgiving at times.
He can transform into any kind of animal, but it is always very distinct in that no matter what the animal it is always black with yellow eyes, and several times larger than it probably should be.
