Perfect Storm is a psychopath that has a twisted and disturb sense of humor. He loves to lampshade the things he does such as the big scary entrences he often makes. He also loves fighting heroes as he keeps an upbeat attitude and manicly laughs through out the battle. His love for it is so great is that he compliments his opponents, gives advise to do better, and even shows off his power and skills to them. Perfect Storm rarely shows negitivity. The only time he truely does is when he battle heroes like All Might or Endeavor. He also becomes more blood thirsty as he is more brutul with his attacks and taughts them no matter their actions. However, he does respect a hero's wishs as he fulfils his deals and does not break any of them. While crazy, Storm is smart enough to know that killing a beloved hero would only make people love the hero more and make him/her a myrter. He knows that to break the people, he needs to break the hero by breaking his/her spirit.

Ultimate Disaster: Perfect Storm's quick allows him to control the fundimental factors of weather itself. His quick utilizes several types for quick abilities and mashed them together into a highly dangerous and destructive force. He often uses his powers to grant him flight and super speed in battle. On a psychological level, Storm creates a nasty storm where he is at the eye of it.

Lightning Generation: Perfect Storm is able to draw lightning to himself and store it within his body. He can hold the electrical charge for protection or release it through redirection based on body language. According himself, Perfect Storm can generate enough electricity to release as lightning strikes. He has proven this through his attacks without a storm surrounding him.

  Wind Direction: Perfect Storm has aerokenesis over the wind to go into what ever direction he decides. With it, he can push himself up and cause flight. He can also use it to suck the air out off one's lungs but chooses not to out of his thrill for battle. Perfect Storm can also create cold and hot fronts at will. He regulates his body temperture to cold or hot levels and releases it from his body in a gas state to the surrounding area. The temperture ranges from instant freezing to melting hot. When using a front in a storm, Perfect Storm can create either a freak snow storm, a hail storm, or a broiling heat wave.

  Cloud Generation: Perfect Storm can generate his own clouds. Having a special generator system in his body, Storm can pull water vapor from the air into his body and release it as clouds through his pores. He often releases it from his back to make a cape made of clouds. He can also release his clouds to form a cloud bank for protection and quick escape when the battle turns out of his favor.

  Sound manification: Sound waves produced from Perfect Storm can be magnified to damaging levels. The volume and destruction of the sound blast produced depends on how hard Perfect Storm hit some thing. If loud enough, the sound can threaten hearing.

Lightning Strike: A technigue involving releasing electricity. Perfect Storm directs the electricity within his body and releases it through either his hands or feet as lightning bolts. The strikes can become even more dangerous when he uses his nunchucks and directs the lighting through his arms to the chucks themselves.

Tornado: Using Wind Direction with Cold Front with Heat Wave, Perfect Storm can generate a tornado he can move on his own will. The strength of the winds depend on how he feels.

Frozen Touch: A technigue that freezes an enemy in place. When Perfect Storm touchs someone or strikes with his nunchucks, the person has a flash freeze. The freeze causes thick ice to form around the person. Causing movement to be restricted or trapping them in place.

Melting Point: When he is in contact with something, Perfect Storm can localize hot tempertures to his feet or hands and releases the heat to melt through objects.

Fog Bank: Storm generates a fog bank thick enough for him to hide in and escape through.

Boom Strick: Perfect Storm generates sonic bursts from the strikes of his whips to a person or object.

Equipment

Nunchucks: Perfect Storm has armed hisself with custom made nunchuncks. Made of reinforced steel for the poles and piano strings wrapped into a rope that connects the poles. The string is able to retract and lengthin to certain lengths, allowing him to hit and reach far away enemies.

Villain costume: A specially made suit from a few friends. The costume has an openning on the upper back to allow him to create clouds with his quirk. The shoulders, gloves, and boots have openings for cloud formation for escape attempts. The costume is fire proff as lightning strikes on himself have not effect.

History

Arashi was born as the 5th gneration of weather based quirk users. His quirk was a result of several quirk marriages that led into creating his quirk, Ultimate Disaster. Because of what he could do, Arashi spent most of his life mastering his quirk to prevent accidents. Unlike most people at the time, Arashi chose not to pursue a life of heroics or villainy. He chose a simple life, leadin to having a loving wife and having quintuplets. At the age of 39, Arashi and his wife hit a rough patch in life, trying to balance affording to raise six children and having a well paying job, Arashi was pushed to immense levels of presure and stress. Arashi worked hard but eventually found a home that he and his wife could afford and live their with their children.
Just as life was turning around, Arashi was struck with bad luck. On his way home from work, Arashi caught a glimpse of a battle between a villain and a team up of All Might and Endeavor. He noticed that the battle was taking place in the district of the house he planned on moving into. Out of fear, Arashi followed the battle to the street that his future house would be on. The battle excelated as it got closer and closer to the house. All the while, Arashi was pleading that the house would not be destroyed. But fate was not in his favor as a final blow from the two heroes made the villain fall on top of the house, destroying it in the process. Weeks after the fight, the house was restored, but the price went up because of the fact it was a hero battle site. As a result, Arashi couldn't take the idea of losing the one chance of finnacially saving his family. As a result, Arashi's sanity snaped, thus creating a villainous persona and leaving his family behind for what he would do.

Even after years of not seeing her, Perfect Storm still holds a deep love for his wife. Because of what he has become, he fears that she would be horrified of what he has done. As a result, he keeps a watchful distance from her.

His elder children are sadden and ashamed of what their father had become and wish to right the damage he has done to their family. Perfect Storm makes sure he does not come in direct contact with them and keeps a watchful eye on them from a distance. He is proud of them from becoming heroes that make sure little to no damage is done to areas.

Perfect Storm hold a tight grudge against them for what their heroics did. Even though both of them stated it was an accident, Storm feels that is was as they where more focused on defeating the villain instead of preventing any colatteral damage.
