My take on the TMNT character Highbeam.Highbeam is a mutant firefly that is part of HAVOC. As such he only ever appeared in the HAVOC story arc of the 87 TMNT cartoon.
For my take, Highbeam is a mutant firefly with the power to produce very bright light or fire laser beams. Naturally he was mutated by HAVOC.
