Description Recently I spent a few days in East Scotland in a small fishing village called Johnshaven. It was a lovely. This is a view of the harbour at low tide when I was just out for a walk. The moon was up and it was very peaceful there.

They are just resting. When the tide comes in the little harbour fills up

yes the tide goes all the way out and it comes in about two thirds of the way up the wall

They look small in that harbour but the harbour wasn't very big really so they must be small boats

Well I just love the effect.    After studying it for a bit one does come to realize the scene is real, which just adds to the fascination.
