Excellent job - flawless. And forget that "too patriotic" bull - that's one of the best things about it! Remember... We never hear about boat loads of Americans risking their lives to get into other countries!

The guns look good for scale to each other, but it does look like she is a 6 foot tall woman (my wife is 5' 10" and and when she held a Russian RPD belt fed gun, it didn't look so big... wish I had a pic of that!).
M4's and M249's both shoot 5.56x45 (.223) and can share M16 magazines.
The magazine base plate looks thick but it's better than I've ever drawn! - really, your depiction of them really, really looks good!
