Going through all your art, I have learning something about myself. I really really really like triangles. Like dang, all that shape language you do with the triangles on like half your characters? LOVE IT.

I rarely see people draw Pokemon wearing the things they are given to hold. It amazes me how that EXP Share doesn't get damaged when it's worn like a crown.

How come that Kabutops is blue?

That Kabutops in praticular is an old OC of my friend by the name of Kronic. The reason the Kabutops is Purple and Orange is mostly a reference to Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2, and it was mostly a inside reference in our fanmade PMD MMO by the name of Pokemon Mystery Universe.
Long story short, the reason why he is that colour is because he is a "Primal" Kabutops. It is a reference to how Dialga (spoilers; one of the major antagonists of PMD2 in the main story) was in a "Primal" form. I believe the games explination for this form was that Dialga essentially went into a mode of rage, and lost all thoughts of reason... Going down to his bare essentials of survival.
The significance of this was that the colour pallet of Dialga changed to mostly Purple and Orange. Well... In our PMD MMO at the given time (this was about 4 - 5 years ago), the concept of "Primal Pokemon" was a huge idea/fad that everyone was into... So we had all these recoloured pokemon sprites that were all Purple/Orange (Or just a darker variant of said pokemon). Of the sprites that we had, he chose this one.
It eventually turned into an OC that he used in a long roleplay series called "The Crew"... The whole series is several hundreds of pages long X_X But yeah... That is pretty much what is up with that Kabutops. He is a very close friend of mine (heck, everyone who appears in this picture is a very close friend of min, haha).

A friend of mine by the name of Candro. He commonly carries around a sniper rifle, and he wears a leaf stone around his neck. Riku felt the rifle didn't fit into the picture all that well, so he didn't put it in (which I am pretty glad he didn't now, looks a lot more lighthearted without it~).

Ah, i see. That sounds pretty cool actually. I really like that idea. PMD2 was a really great game and i enjoyed it very much. I really love how Riku drew the rest of your friends. I love how the shiny Charizard and Sceptile came out. I really like Sceptile's Leaf Stone chain

Oh wow, your colour work is absolutely stunning! I especially love the way you do the grass, the tree and the clouds, and the smooth and soft transitions of the blues and oranges. I also really love the way the moonlight reflects some of the characters, especially Darkmazer up there near the moon. And it's really cool to see my growlithe character in the picture too! : >
The scene you set here is absolutely gorgeous; and your other works are just as amazing, so I think you've earned yourself another watcher! I'm really looking forward to seeing what other future works you produce. ~

Same of them are OC's that belong to my friends (although the Zangoose is a character of mine), others are Pokesona's... But essentially, it is just a group picture of my closest friends and the Pokemon that we really enjoy~
