She's supposed to be flipping off what's behind her, ie life with Immortan etc. It's supposed to be simultaneously deep and funny, but it kinda didn't work

I think you'd really dig it. Especially the giant speaker stack truck with flaming guitar gimp It could have stood to be a bit more brutal, but you can't have everything.

I reckon I'll really dig it! That gif was epic! Being a mainstream movie trying to appeal to as many demographics as possible it was never going to be too brutal. That's my biggest criticism of movies these days; trying to appeal to everyone so it ends up being generic.
