Description
This is an altered form of my character design, named Sai Pei. He's an air bender who was raised in the North Pole, so he mixed the two cultures. He refuses to cut his hair because it's the only connection he has to his mother. His mother is from the Water Tribe, his father was an Air Bender. It's an alternate universe character, so to say.He likes to molest Sokka.
