OK, took jumping through some hoops, but I did it! Due to technical problems, I haven't been able to post any original art since "Aboard the Alexandria". Finally sorted them out. Expect to see a lot of art posted today and tomorrow. (I have a few pieces that on second glance, I want to work on a bit first.)

I really wanted to share this pic of Topaz since I couldn't find a doll creator that did her justice.

This is Topaz from "Natural Selection". She is the daughter of Claw and Tamora. She grew up in the Labyrinth with her sister and two brothers. She's a tough fighter who doesn't talk much, but she's a real softie deep down. Recently, she realized that she loved her friend Lili as more than just a friend. She has the wings of a bat, strength of a gargoyle, agility of a tiger and can produce electric charges like an electric eel. (Though not as well as Lili can.) She learned sign language as a baby. She can talk, but having a mute father taught her that words aren't always necessary. She spends most of her time protecting the people living in the Labyrinth and for fun, she likes skating at Rockefeller Plaza after everyone's left. (Talons mean she doesn't need skates.) I think I probably made her a bit leggy, but that seems to work for her.
