I mean I prefer female Gardevoirs, but I don't mind males too. Lowkey want a shiny male Gardevoir named Candy to annoy people when he wrecks.
Plus my favorite rival had a male Gardevoir so c;

Actually, only male kirlia can evolve into gallade, so unfortunately there are no female gallade.

Of course if you have a powersave you could always hack your gallade after it evolved to be female, so there's still hope for those who want a female gallade.

there decision to make both genders for this pokemon was bad. it obviously looks female, so why make it both!?

<.< It's name means 'Sir Knight'. It's suppose to look like a knight. Plus, I see nothingΒ feminine about it.

...mmm, no..I'm really at a loss. there's nothing feminine. .-.

megaupsilon In reply to ComannderrX [2015-02-10 03:55:04 +0000 UTC]
nope. still at a loss. depending on what you're referencing to, it doesn't have breasts, and no pokemon have naughty bits. the only thing relatively feminine is the 'dress' and 'hair'
π: 0 β©: 1
ComannderrX In reply to megaupsilon [2015-02-10 03:57:26 +0000 UTC]
yeah, those. the dress and hair

megaupsilon In reply to ComannderrX [2015-02-10 03:58:40 +0000 UTC]
yeah, okay. >.> But its really not a dress in my eyes. Since the name means 'sir knight' it makes me think of a tunic.

ComannderrX In reply to megaupsilon [2015-02-10 03:59:29 +0000 UTC]
ok ,sure, it might be intended to be a tunic. but looks way more like a dress

Yeah, I can see where you're coming from on that, but I don't see why wearing a dress would automatically make someone a girl. .-. I'm not that sort of person that's all for stereotypes

Some say Gardies are overly feminine, but i say they are adorably androgynous, just like angels in mythology. Which is part of why i love them (the second part are them being highly empathic and loving to those who deserve it)

I love the people bitching about (in the link) sexism were female pokemon don't get their own species when there's been Nidoqueen since forever. And then there's Froslass, the Chansey and Florges family, Cresselia, Jynx, Kangaskhan, Latias, Mandibuzz, Miltank (Whitney's in particular's a boss) and Vespiquen. Might've forgotten a few.
DAMMIT PEOPLE. Gardevoir has an equal gender ratio, males do not need to be buff to be males, nor does females need to be effeminate and look frail to be feminine, my female Pangoro is a boss and she rocks and I love her.

Yeah. There's 23 female-only PokΓ©mon and only 19 male-only ones. That person's entire argument is pure unsubstantiatedΒ bullshit.
