Description The nation is watching Wisconsin. Governor Walker, along with budget cuts, is personally attacking the Unions that represent many workers. People from all over the country are at the capital in Madison protesting the bill and Walker, trying to get their voice heard. On this day the opposing side was there in an attempt to voice their opinion but they had a very small gathering of supporters. It is clear how the people feel and now we will see if our government actually represents the people.

Thanks, from those of us who cannot make it out to Madison.

My pleasure really. It was so inspirational just to be there. Walker seems to think most of the protesters are from other states which is so untrue. There are a lot of people from around the country, but by far, the majority are upset Wisconsinites.

Are you still there?

It stuns me, how willingly deaf he is. If a measure I was pondering caused outcry from not only the people of my state, but from across the country; I would surely find myself reviewing the issue with renewed gravity, not less. He has said he is willing to listen but not compromise, will not consider compromise, and I find myself wondering if that is truly "listening" at all.

I fully agree with what you said on your "Walker Protest." I wish there was a way to give you a 'like' or an upvote or something...

Nicely put my friend. I wish only the best outcome in this issue. The thought of our government officials taking away any of our rights scares me to thinking what right will they take next. I appreciate the support. My brother was at the protest today and he said the number of people has grown to possibly 250,000. That is impressive, life changing, and inspirational. I don't even belong to a union, I just believe in having the right to collectively bargain as a group of laborers. Without that how is the labor class supposed to improve their lives.

Great shot, and nice to see this for a change compared to all the people risking their lives in Northern Africa.

I think people fight for what is right all over the world, we only get to see a little piece of it on the news. Thanks my friend.
