Parent's Story: Through the Looking Glass
Roommate: none (she's a 'monster' locked up in the largest room of the tallest tower at night)
Secret Heart's Desire: I'm not sure, really. I would like to be more than a basis for comparison in my story, but I'd settle for a clear mind and a calm and quiet life.
My "Magic" Touch: I'm pretty athletic. Camouflage and speed make for a great sports career, not to mention I can dodge questions in class pretty easily (that was an attempt at a pun).
Storybook Romance Status: I'm happily in a committed poly relationship with Carabosse Malveillant and Solbjorn Hvittsen. Life is swell.
"Oh Curses!" Moment: I have a hair-trigger temper. I can go from mellow and calm to fuming and raging without warning. Anything, and I mean anything, can set me off.
Favorite Subject: Muse-ic Class. I lose myself in the music and everything slows down, just for a little bit.
Least Favorite Subject: Debate. Some of the topics get me so riled up I can't make a compelling argument and instead chew my opponent's ear off.
Best Friends Forever After: Carabosse Malvelliant and Diantha Gothel

Okay guys, my second EAH oc, Wrathire Bandersnatch! It's really difficult to devise ideas for her. I didn't want her to just be known for her rage and speed. I searched and searched but there are so many different variations of the bandersnatch I couldn't figure out which to go with, both in personality and physical description. There really is no set in stone appearance for her.

So I decided to base her off of three illustrations: one by Peter Newell, which depicts the bandersnatch as sort of a feline/human hybrid with horns and pointed ears; one from A New Alice in Wonderland by Anna Matlack Richards' daughter, Anna Richards Brewster, which gives the bandersnatch a great height and gifts of camouflage and flight; and finally Tim Burton's version of the beast, which features rows of sharp teeth, white fur with black spots, and a long tail.

As for her name, Lewis Carroll was a huge fan of portmanteaus and I thought fit to give Wrathire a name befitting the Bandersnatch's notorious anger issues. I combined "wrath" and "ire" to make her name, both being synonyms for "anger". Her outfit is a combination of traditional Victorian fashion modernized for practicality and a 21st-century-teenager, and sort of fitted camo-punk style.

With her personality, it's very quiet and calm. She does fear her temper getting out of hand, but accepts that it's part of being a bandersnatch. She prefers to stay far away from anything that could make her angry, but realizes that her mood is unpredictable and instead surrounds herself with understanding (and most importantly calm) friends who reel her in when a tantrum bubbles up out of nowhere. Wrathire doesn't really mind her destiny; she just wants a clear head. Though she's only referenced twice in Through the Looking Glass, her father constantly reminds her that her role is just as important as Alice's. However a future without such a frumious temper is appealing and she joins the ranks of the Rebels upon Raven's declaration.

In her spare time, Wrathire enjoys meditating, various forms of yoga, and playing her flute in the school courtyard.

Fun facts: During a rage, Wrath's has wings that sprout from her back to make her more menacing and as a tool for flight. She can learn to summon them manually, but due to just starting "bandersnatch puberty", she won't be able to for a while. She also has fangs, but again, those only come out during a rage and can be summoned at will with practice.
