Power level- Move power varies with its PP.*

Dex entry: It sticks its stinger into electrical equipment and chews wires to gorge itself on electricity. They are known to suddenly appear in large numbers in urban areas and cause considerable problems.

*5 levels of power:
100% PP- move damage is at 150%
80% PP- move damage is at 125%
60% PP- move damage is at 100%
40% PP- move damage is at 75%
20% PP- move damage is at 50%
PP% is rounded up and the move Charge replenishes all PP by 5 excluding its own.

Locomocust's eye will change colour to correspond with the power level of the move being used i.e. green=high, yellow=middle, red=low, and combinations of them in between (this is not a feature of the ability but of the Pokemon.
