Third of four characters to be release, Koel~!

Koel is a bit of the silent type, but isn't afraid to show off his coolness and toughness. He was hired by the capitol city, Erilyn, to hunt down criminals, and meets Phelan and Emi on their journey.

koel is human and possesses no magic ability. He uses a variety of strong weapons. He may not have any special abilities, but he has a very strong will and can take a lot of hits and won't go down without a fight.

He trained all his life to be a soldier but is still too young so he continues to work for Erilyn to help support his family since their father left when he was young. He is the oldest of three kids.
