I useΒ Gimp Β for my sugi's. protip if you use a tablet; disable the rulers under edit>preferences>image windows>appearanceΒ or you'll get some serious lagΒ
there's a really good tutorialΒ here Β by JelloJolteon2000 that goes through the whole process (actual steps are in the description)
hope this helps!

i think grass-dragon would've been a better typing

yeah, but then we have the problem of it being overpowered compared to its counterpart starters (fire type moves would be normal effective where water moves would be 1/4x)

Awwwwesome. (Jurassic park inspired? hehe)
Should make it grass/dark. I know that might seem typical, but I rkn there should be more grass/dark pokemon (less of a defensive typing though...). Grass/psn seems overdone, even though this would be better than most. Hmm...

it's kind of a hard choice really, I mean, in reality there was no way dilophosaurus behaved or hunted that way (dilophosaurus was about twenty-three feet long, so it wouldn't need to) I actually tried to incorporate things from both the movie, and real life (like how Dilophlypt is about the same length as it's real life counterpart, but retains the frill and poison from the movie. although, the frill would probably be used less in frightening prey, and more in warding off rivals and attackers)
thank you very much btw!

it IS the dinosaur from jurassic part... well, except the fact it's closer to the actual size of Dilophosaurus
thanks!

the tail just looks a little weird cut off like that and not like a regular tail. just my opinion.

Snarky expression on this one, suits the nature of it. For six hours of work, it's nice to see a completed creation come out of it.
