now, equusins ARE HORSES. they share characteristics with canines, but as far as basis they are in fact undead pony things. with wings.

also, three of the four horsemen fakemon ride these things. death rides a fellolclad.

and that white thing on its throat is its trachea :3

"Daemnolc often will appear in dark abandon houses or alleyways during the darkest hours of the night. They usually appear as a small lost, silent child, or a black cat. When you approach them, they will run deeper into darkness, hoping you will follow. If you do pursue it, it usually leads you on a wild goose chase, until they get you where they want you: all alone, where no one can save you. It's then when they melt into their true form, and attack. They usually unleash a concussive, earsplitting scream to stun you, then the rest of the pack appears. Daemnolc are never alone. usually a typical pack consists of five to ten equusins and one daemnolc. Its then that the equusin lash you with their tongues, which has paralyzing enzymes on it and is built like a jellyfish stinger, causing instant paralysis. However, you still can feel. The pack will then start feeding, starting with the extremities, working their way down. They then take the non-vital organs, then leave you to die. They are horrible, horrible creatures that always smell like rotting meat and enjoy other people/Pokemon's pain."

"Many "haunted" houses are actually being run by these Pokemon. Being around a hidden one causes the feeling of deep dread, fear, and causes the hair on the back of your neck to stand up. The air around them is generally cooler, and is what causes the inexplicable cool breezes or patches of air you see on the ghost hunter shows. The smell of decay is quite prevalent. They play tricks on the mind and will even mess with equipment, making it sound like someone is faintly talking or hear other strange sounds, like a piano playing or screaming in the distance. Engaging them by trying to answer the voices or interact with them is NEVER a good idea. This provokes them to attack or attempt to drive you insane."

"In the past, it was relatively safe to interact with them, since they were unable to attack (they were manifesting themselves from their prison). However, since they have been released, attacks are becoming more frequent. Inexplicable kidnappings, murders, and paranormal phenomena have been on the rise. Paranormal investigating crews have disappeared for months at a time, only for their bodies to be found buried in the walls of the last place they were investigating. Children's bones have been found stashed away in old basements of abandoned houses. Gnaw marks can be seen on closer inspection."
