Olm's are such awesome animals, glad to see a fakΓ©mon one - have tried many a time to come up with a water/fairy typed one myself, but never get the design right

hmm, water-fairy is an interesting type combo for one... maybe it can resemble a gremlin or some sort of cave dwelling fairy tail thing?

I think it's because in real life they're so mysterious... and pink. But the notion that they live far away in the dark, and can live without eating for up to 10 years... it just seems sort of mystic to me, which I often associate with the sometimes hard-to-define fairy typing.

you know, in many eastern dragon legends, the dragons generally start out as aquatic larva type things, so that actually makes sense
