You are talking to someone who has been into the series for just over a month. I still have a lot to learn...
You can just get your own copy from Moriya Shrine. Also, do not let your friend start you on Lunatic mode, the PC-98 games, or Subterranean Animism. Start with Perfect Cherry Blossom or Imperishable Night. Yes, it is a good idea to start off on Easy to get the feel of the game...

I don't know,, I think maybe I just have a view as artist (just thinking arround artworks). I rarely playing games ^^a
but,, don't worry I will get the game. I must know the plot of story from that game,,,
know all about the Touhou place (shrine,etc.) for my Touhou artworks.
I really want to know them !!

Don't worry. The games and plot are relatively simply designed. Just that they stray into the difficult side...
I would also recommend reading up on the Wiki and/or the canon manga...
