I keep seeing this Timothy (That name is not null and void because of CGI Timothy btw) all over DeviantART, could someone explain it?

He's basically a Made up character from the Creepypasta Ghost Train which has been taken down cause it wasn't really that good.
To put it in a nutshell, Timothy's the Thomas Equivalent of Sonic.EXE.
