i noticed they toned down Chucky's little coloured  costume

he had banana  patterns on the original  childsplay

not very scary

I think they did well choosing Brad Durif for the voice, he cackling laugh is so synonymous for Chucky

Especially when young , he was a really intense and disturbing actor

He's very good in exorcist 3  and an obscure movie called  Bad blood

He was excellent in The Rite, his character going from kindly to cruel was brilliantly done!

He's great in that, he plays a priest dealing with exorcisms. Checking up on the people he's helped almost like a doctor doing his rounds in a way. But it's a great film
