Description Finished this yesterday for my Background class. I only thing I hate about this one is the texture on the tree on the left. I HATE IT!!!

That's nice of you but you should also post a link the artist's DA page that you take that picture from. It is a nice courtesy and if you don't, people will never really know who made it and they might even accuse you of stealing art.

I'm an artist as well, and that is factor in how I do my posts.  Every single image I post on my DA Favourites blog is attributed in a caption with the image title shown on DA, the DA username, and the image itself links back to to DA.    People posting art without attributing the artist is a huge pet peeve of mine!

Okay but I still think that below the caption, you should put a link to the source image or even the DA profile because I don't think most people think of clicking the picture to go to the source.

I appreciate the input.  It has attribution and a link.  I actually think most people understand how image links work, but I'm happy to remove any image if the original artist is uncomfortable with the way I share them.

This is fantastic! Just wondering, did you use any perspective or did you just make it up as you were drawing it?

I used some very basic perpective for the temple and after that, I finished it up without perpective to give this very old and used look to it.

For the rest, I didn't even used any, I did it intuitively.

quite dramatic from the pencile sketch. interesting you have done pencil sketch first then blue sketch. I was taught to do it the other way round. It looks great though
