Ah Penny, my favorite (former?) orphan. Such a pure child. Her reason for being kidnapped seemed so surreal to me as a kid though, although very plausible. I guess being fed all those horror stories about kidnapped/abducted children, and then you notice that they're only using Penny because she's small, threw me for a loop!
I like the spotlight angle! It's going left while Penny's shifting right; it's a fun dynamic when you notice it

Agreed - the idea of being kidnapped scared me too - although I also read this book
about a girl that gets kidnapped and she really bested the robbers so a part of me wanted
to try that too ^_^

I loved this movie as a kid so friggen much, and it's sequel (which again, showed us the horrors of Australia, and the giant eagles that live there)
