Description Testing out my Photoshop CS6 that I got for Christmas!

Name:
Greenwire (Autobot)
Lacuna (Herald of Unicron)

Age:
Unknown but seems to be around the Cybertronian equivalent of 30 years old

Height:
23’7”

Faction:
Autobot (former)
Unicronian (current)

Altmode:
Cybertronian car (former)
Eight limbed beast (current)

Weapons:
Greenwire: She owns a standard ion blaster but she greatly prefers physical combat, where she excels.

Lacuna: Like Greenwire, Lacuna prefers physical combat over ranged. She does still carry a gun, the type depends on what she was able to loot last.

Physical Appearance:

(Former)
Greenwire was a frontliner and notably larger than most femmes, allowing for more strength at the cost of some of her agility. She sported two small horns that allowed her to act as a rudimentary comm hub when her unit was in battle. She was most notable for her exotically shaped face and optics, an aesthetic choice she made when she worked as a civilian secretary before she joined the Autobots.

Her alt was a common Cybertronian car with her forest green and slate grey paint job.

(Current)
Unicron has graced Lacuna with a new, more powerful frame in exchange for her loyalty. Her subdued green and grey paint job has morphed in to a midnight black and acidic green. Her unique facial features have become even more… ‘special’ her jaw seam has been split so that her mouth can almost unhinge. On her elbows and ankles she has groupings of sharp, poisonous barbs. Lacuna’s legs are digitigrade as they are in her monstrous altform and her alt’s four forelegs sprout from her back like extra arms.

Lacuna has an unmistakable altform, a six-legged, eight-eyed beast with a seemingly infinite amount of teeth. Its six paws are tipped in sharp, thick claws, meant for grabbing and gouging. The long flat tail helps Lacuna steer herself while she runs and can be used as a sort of club in battle. From her first set of shoulders extends two long, sharp horns used to sense minor disturbances in the air. The function of this non-conventional form is meant to leave a lasting impression on those that see her.

Personality:

(Greenwire)

Greenwire was a friendly and in-order femme, which suited her civilian job as the secretary to a fashion designer. Even though she was intelligent enough to get a better paying job she didn’t want to sacrifice the friendships she had made as a secretary. Her reluctance to lose friends is the reason she remained neutral in the Autobot/Decepticon war for such a long time. She maintained a large circle of acquaintances before she joined the Autobots and stayed in contact with many of them up until her ship became lost.

(Lacuna)

Lacuna is a total photo negative of her former self, where a kind, even headed femme once was now stands a remorseless killer who’s mind is in constant turmoil. She has no concept of mercy or compassion making her an efficient and unfaltering warrior. Lacuna never speaks outside of when she is conversing with Unicron or executing his orders. She is unwaveringly faithful to Unicron, following his orders to a T and never letting the thought of challenging him cross her mind.

Strengths/Powers:

Thanks to her Deal with the Destroyer, Lacuna has become a force to be reckoned with. Any time that she is not carrying out Unicron’s orders she is training herself to become a more deadly warrior. She can outpace many mechs and overpower most femmes because of her ‘jack of all trades’ frame. Her four extra arms help her to fend off multiple attackers or pin a spirited victim. In altform, her multiple eyes make her nearly imposable to sneak up on and her thickened plating lets her shrug off most attacks. She has several rows of needle-like teeth in her large maw, they are quite fragile but will regenerate within hours of being broken. The barbs on her arms and legs secrete a weak toxin that, while it causes a burning pain for several hours around the puncture point, leaves no permanent damage even in large doses. Thanks to the extra forelimbs, Lacuna can quickly travel difficult terrain. These extra legs can also help her grip on to large adversaries and hold down victims as she mauls them to death.

Weaknesses:

Lacuna may be fearsome but she has an array of weak points that can be exploited by an intelligent soldier. Her relatively large form makes her slower than most other fembots of like frame, which sets her at a disadvantage and while she is strong, she is still no match for a reasonably powerful mech. When in her root form the joints at the base of the legs on her back are exposed, open to a devastating attack that can make one or more of the legs useless and cause extreme pain. In her alt this seam is underneath her and harder to reach, but there are other ways to defeat her. Lacuna’s eyes are an easy target when she is in her alt form, damaging just a few can throw off her depth perception, making her clumsy and inaccurate. Perhaps one of the best ways to incapacitate Lacuna is to tangle her extra forelimbs in a net or even a length of strong wire, this will slow her movement to a crawl and make her unable to attack with the limbs. The comm hub that she housed as Greenwire is still active in her body, meaning that someone who knows her channel could easily track her.

History:

Greenwire was born before the war to reasonably well off parents who lived in Protihex. When the war broke out her family prompted her to attend the nearby Medical University but she insisted on remaining neutral, taking the job of a secretary to a rising fashion designer whom she had become good friends with. From hear she was almost able to pretend that the war wasn’t even happening, much like the Protihex’s elite that bought from the designer she worked under. This was until the Autobots took control of the city-state and drafted Greenwire.

Despite her reluctance to fight or even take sides in the war, Greenwire proved to have a talent for physical combat and, with a good bit of tutoring, she became good at basic strategy. She became well liked among her peers and superiors thanks to her very people based personality and she was promoted to a cadet then to lieutenant of her unit. One of her first battles as a lieutenant ended in disaster as she and a handful of others in her unit were forced to take a damaged transporter ship to escape a battle cruiser that was being over run by Decepticon forces. The navigation hardware on the ship was all but destroyed and Greenwire and her men were soon lost to space. At first she and the other soldiers took turns going in and out of stasis lock to maintain the ship. After only a century supplies began to run out and the bots became weaker and weaker, soon one of the smaller mechs died. The remaining crew was at a crossroad, harvest their now dead comrade for energon or starve. Out of all the bots only Greenwire and two others were willing to drink the dead mechs energon. Time passed, more and more bots succumbed to hunger until only the three who could cannibalize their comrades remained. Starving, and at her breaking point Greenwire slaughtered the two survivors one after the other, rendering herself absolutely alone.

It is unknown how long Greenwire was floating through space but it was long enough to send her processor in to long bouts of stress-induced glitching. It was only when her systems began to shut down that by some twist of fate, she and Unicron crossed paths, she had almost completely forgotten the war, the Autobots and even her own name. Unicron, who was beginning to gather his army of Sweeps, offered the femme a choice, to join his army and carry out his wishes, or perish in the void of space. Greenwire was so far gone that she agreed without a second thought.

Unicron christened her with a new name, Lacuna, and repaired her body to be what it is today. Lacuna took her new alt after several centuries under the Destroyers command, when she was rising through the ranks to becoming a true Herald of Unicron. Lacuna now acts as a messenger and retriever for the Destroyer, delivering commands to the Sweeps and fetching items from planets.
