First off, love the colors used, All colors are predominately warm, but still work really well. The pinks frame your subject very well.
The shading is nicely done for the most part, I would like to see more work done in the flowers at the bottom. I don't feel like I should be seeing any line work in this piece. Your values are pretty strong and believable, but I feel like there should be some stronger highlights in the hair to be more in harmony with the strong highlights on her forehead. Also while on the subject of hair, you may want to experiment with some individual detail hairs flying around, sometimes they can go a long way to give the illusion of realistic hair.
I think there may be some facial proportion issues. Like the chin seems a little tall to me, and I think there is something going on around the nose bridge area that seems a touch off.
I absolutely love the pink spiky wheel things in the background, I love the design of them, and the pastel treatment of them. The piece is very nicely designed and composed (this is pretty darned nit-picky I admit, but...) The black signature is distracting to me, maybe sign it in dark pink?
Overall I think this is beautiful, and you have done a great job. Keep going!

First thing i need to say is that your girl is very, but very GORGEOUS <3 I have nothing to point at first glance, but i'll try be the more helpful i can with my comment 
However i have a little trouble with the background. Since your lady is aiming for the top (The sky maybe?) Why not make a background that's following the flow of the girl? Basically, here you get a photo feeling , a girl that would pose in front of a background. I guess if you would make a landscape (simple, not detailled tho) behind her, that would be a better outcome. And why not some petals floating around her? That's easy to make and is something that can really give a different vision of your work o:

very light tone and colour that is really fitting together. can't see anything that would need to be changed except some pink colour that has leaked over on the skin.
