I know I'm late but between recovery and procastination it is a miracle I was even able to finish this.
Β I just can't stop dressing Marco like a Charro. But well, this time his suit is white-ish.. And yep, Star's skirt is based on Skelita's.
Her top is made out of Cempazichitl.I just love Dia de Muertos.
I was super sad that I couldn't celebrate it properly this year because of my recovery

I had to google what "cempazichitl" is... XD I didn't know it wasΒ marigoldΒ in Spanish! Nice! And this is SUCH a lovely drawing! I adore it a whole lot!

well, i'm not sure it is a marigold, but it is a kind of flower used to guide the spirits to the ofrendas every day of the dead. they're usually orange, but there are yellow ones and i think kinda whiteish too. I love those flowers.

and nope, is not that painful, at least not anymore. i got my gallbladder removed, but i am fine now.
