Hum... Nice concept, though the gems seem too big and kinda mess things up a bit for me. Wings seem a bit off too, but nice job.

Phew! Sorry, I always get nervous when not giving 'OMG IT SO PURDY' feedback. I'm used to people snapping or justifying, still kinda need to get used to DA. o3o
There are lot of Dragonite Mega concepts out floating 'round, and I really like yours honestly. I love the idea of the wings being around the arms, and bringing back those weather-controlling crystals(if they are enormous).
But mine is mah baby and he rollllls in the clouds~ HE IS HAPPY TO HAVE A FRIEND.
