Good idea and a cool image, but not very good execution.
It looks like you took a screenshot from a video game and cropped it.
Get rid of the background stuff and do some anti-aliasing and general clean-up. Maybe add a shadow below.

These icons are perfect man, the quality of the digital painting is superb !
All small sizes are redone, that's not just resizing...
And there is a shadow and I don't see aliasing just the distinctness.
