My part of a long overdue trade with Lily of VCL. Here's her pretty character all painted up.This was done in watercolor, ink, and shiny prismamarker. Once again, all the colors of paint were mixed from the primaries... red, blue, and yellow. Let me tell you, getting pleasant grays from the primaries is a bitchkitty. But, I'm happy with this one and glad that my color mixing ability didnt fail me. *heh*

This one's beautiful! Well, granted, I find your art style appealing in general, but the soft green background goes well with her eye color, and the silver, white, and grey tones complement one another wonderfully. Awesome job!

I had white paper to start with... that's most of the white showing. But yes, there is a tiny tiny bit of white prismacolor pencil in her hair.

Ah. I just meant to mix with to get greys? I've never learned to mix colors so I dunno how to get grey any way other than mix white with black... Anyway. Absolutely lovely.

Ah... no, no white or black in the paint. The gray was mixed from... *thinks* a purple I mixed that was more blue than red and then plopped in a hint of yellow to gray it out. Water it down some. Bam, gray. *nods* The grays were the hardest to mix right. Really easy to get mud.
