Eastern (and some part of western) dragon (step-)brothers Cyrano and William born in somewhere city on England, when theirs shamed western dragon father Sergei, who have celebrated New Year parties on somewhere and had some sex chances with eastern dragon sisters Clara and Wilma, who suddenly they both came pregnant by Sergei who he is as drunk. Some 20 years later Sergei give all as very sad his owned moneys and his house to Cyrano and William and they won't know where Sergei is going to, so Sergei driving his car to northern and he destroyed his car and he suicided somewhere in forest.
