I like these drawings of yours where you feel as if you're actually there. This time, it feels I'm a passenger on some kind of alien transport.
Love the details, you can read the newspaper over the shoulder of the guy in the foreground. There is drama in the scene, as if you're taking part or eavesdropping on a conversation.
The only thing that could make this better, is if you added a view from the window - something surprising and unexpected but not distracting. Also the lighting in the carriage could create more of a mood to draw the viewer in even more, especially if the light was particularly selective about what it revealed, and related to what was happening outside the carriage.
I give this drawing A+++ because it reminds me of the ink lineart illustrations in fantasy books that I used to read in my youth. Nostalgic and whimsical.
