It's DONE!Well, it has been done for a while, but I finally came to an understanding with my scanner and discovered the wicked True Colour scan feature that it has. Now we are the best of friends!
Sadly, the chalk on the board behind Taffy didn't come out brightly, but Devin said that it didn't matter to him; he was happy overall with how it came out. I must say I'm glad to hear that because this, and many many other pieces I have waiting, have been the victims of my two years of depression and stress. That's all behind me, though!
So, here's Taffy in her bakery. It's officially finished. Yea. Rock on.

Wow! Just... wow! I love how you did the hair, especially - I can't stop looking at it!! Amazing coloring job, and your inking is so clean 
I personally think it was worth the work, you did a fantastic job.
Not to mention, you set her in there so perfectly - I can't draw backgrounds and scenery to save my life, and this is just... perfect!

It's a Canon model. Canoscan 4200F. I've had it for a few years and it works sweet! They should have newer models out by now, which should be just as if not a bit more advanced than my baby.

I won't make any promises, but I did do a rough sketch of all the LL girls in my sketch book. I just hope that one day I will be able to draw them properly.
I know the whole 'No money for college' feeling. Let's just say it's by the sweet mercies of an understanding relative that I'm even able to bitch about school.

Unfortunately, they don't really sell them out here either so I bought my pack and subsequent replacement pencils from an on-line art supply store:Dick Blick.
Hope you'll be able to get them! If not Prismas, you can look for Derwent Pencils are well.

P.. I can't believe I've never commented on this. I've viewed it so many times and... ugh, can't believe I haven't commented on it.
First of all, you know I always have mad props for you for that technique of yours...
If anthro characters were real, they'd look look just like this.. soft and fuzzy looking. I just love how you are able to do this traditionally by HAND! as opposed to all the CGed images that are everywhere.. not that CG is a bad thing, but it takes a lot of patience and practice to get a piece of work to look like this by hand and this is the hottest thing since bun and cheese.
On to the pretty Taffy bunny-lady
She is so pretty! The fuzziness of her, and the cuteness factor is not sickeningly overbearing, particularly so because her hair is pink! Well, we all know I hate the color pink but strangely, I like it - the curl!
