It's under freehand because there isn't a category for painting on the computer. I didn't really USE my hand, I used my tablet. But freely, dangit!!Anyway, this reminds me of those old WB cartoons with the devil on one side and the angel on the other, both of whom are demanding that the little furry character do what they say. When looking at this pic, I really can't decide if I like the white side or the red side better. Oh well. It was all very fun to do. I used my brother for a model, but he doesn't know!!! muaah hahaha. *ahem*
I did it with multiple layers and mostly the horizontal smudge tool, because it feels like a paintbrush bright to me and I wanted those rough, strong blocks of color. That's just how I felt like painting it. I could have used a round tip and kept it smooth I guess, but I really didn't want it to look photorealistic.
Oh, and I'm so excited because I'm taking a REAL painting class, so maybe they'll teach me how to paint, so it won't just be me messing around anymore. I'll be a REAL artist! ^__^

i'm surprised you don't get a lot of comments. you're one of the best artists i've seen by far, and i've never really seen anyone with so much talent get so little recognition on this site. you deserve much more than i could give you in an hour or so o_o;;
all of it's good, and what in particular do you want to get rid of? o_O you shouldn't, really, it's like a memory, and if you posted it, and people like it, it's obviously good enough to stay ^_^
in the past couple of hours i have grown to admire you... i think you're going to become one of my favorite webcomic artists as well..

This has to be one of your best yet Lepas. I really love this one. His expression is great, and you did a good job at catching each sides personality. I've never seen anything look so sinister, yet so holy at the same time.

I've been trying, but school has been running me ragged. Its hard to do art after getting home and doing about 4 1/2 hours of homework. Darn AP classes. Don't worry though, I've just finished inking my Zap-esque pic, except now my scanner is suddenly missing its cable.
