personally I don't find nico to be all that amazing anymore. Early back in 2007 he was an inspiration to me. I even did a tribute painting for him and he commented my youtube video. He made me want to learn photoshop. As I got better, I came to realization his artwork just isn't all that great. His conceptual works are far more superior than photo duplicates...or lack there of...considering he doesn't paint every single pore in the skin like I used to do. I think he is a bit over hyped since he started early on youtube, giving everyone else the disadvantage as a digital artist to be noticed. You could defend him, but the truth of the matter is, when you get better you'll understand. You'll see his work isn't just as amazing as it once was. This painting or snap shot is also over-hyped. I don't see what the appeal is with Megan Fox....she's fake. You can keep getting comments such as amazing, looks real!, omg awesome, but that will never help you grow as an artist. Good Luck.

This is awesome when i firs saw it i thought it was done by Nico Di Mattia (he was the first speed paint i watched that inspired me to start drawing again) i even had to take is picture and compare it to yours to see that he didnt draw it because they look so close there are only slight differences so very very nice job

Amazing, when I saw the thumbnail I thought it was a picture. The hair is stunning, did you use any custom brush?

thanks!!~ i appreciated that x) ah~ for hair i used the hair brush, which is something like scattered dots. I downloaded the brush in brusheezy.com

Oh, I see. I think I used a similar hair brush for my work "birds hunting" to paint the cat's fur but then I made it by myself following a tutorial of a magazine. Thanks for sharing that website, I didn't know it, but I'm sure it'll be helpful in future
