They are similar but no. This is a Brown-Headed Cowbird. [link]
The cowbirds are actually an invasive species that lay eggs in other birds nests such as Sparrows.

F:4 and f:2.8 lenses are very expensive in turkey.
im using canon. and i need CANON-EF 400 MM F:5.6L USM. It's on Turkey 3000 $ and it's 1200 $ on E-bay
