This is Haruhi Suzumiya from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. She is my fave on the show! I dunno, but keep feeling like drawing the characters from this show. Anyway, I'm not sure why I decided on this particular outfit....Related content

Her name is supposed to be said in the right order: Suzumiya Haruhi.
