This guy was actually framed by Gorn. He now lives in hiding waiting for the chance to expose Gorn and exact revenge.

my favorite part is the pose, he seems he's going to cast some dire necromantic spell
the hood makes him even more spooky, as I can see from hands and feet he's not totally human and it makes me wonder how his face looks like
