I'm not keen on the brush you've used for the effect on the windscreen and parts of the road. I think it looks a bit pixely and distorted.
But overall, I like the image as a whole, and especially the detailing in the background buildings!

And bike thieves need thick skin in case they tip over on the street being chased by the cops! Not that I would know or anything...*looks around* Another wonderfully detailed piece that keeps you looking at everything you included in the composition! Remarkable setting and atmosphere and the texturing on the bike and windshield are amazing! Superb work as always!
