Description I was out with my brother filming today when we say a couple of ladybirds and other flies on some flowers. So i snapped some macros.

I'm pretty satisfied with this picture. I didn't know they had so long legs before today, did you?

Ooh, very cool!

It's pretty scary how long their legs are... they probably only extend to that length when they're clinging to something. O.o

Anyway, I like the colours and the ambience of this piece. It's quite sunny and light.

Yes, do you really think they extend? When i looked at this my thoughts was that they kinda "folded" in under :S

But it's strange cause the bottom of the leg is in the "wrong" direction

Actually, there were a lot of ladybugs around those flowers and i just snapped away.

This picture was taken a second or so before it flew away tough, pretty cool bugs

haha, cool.. I've not seen a single one this summer to be honest.. u__u

nice XD well.. I did catch a few cool butterflies just before they flew away.. but that was at a further range, Like.. 2 metres or something XD I would've liked to get closer though..

Yeah, there have been very few ladybugs... And those I've seen haven't been really red... More "Orangey" like this one.

Cool, after I took this shot i actually took some shots of my own on a butterfly. It was also at a greater range, they don't stop for long, so when I got closer it flew away
