This is a free hand Raichu.Here we have Lex in Raichu form wearing his Union Jack arm band and his shades, these will now be used from now on.
I have also designed a logo for Lex, i hope you like the logo and the picture of Lex himself.
Do you think he looks best as Pikachu or Riachu?
