This is a fairly hefty cast ceramic statue. I reskinned it both in fired Sculpey and Oatey's Fix-It Stick, an epoxy resin used to patch steel plumbing. The dragon wings came from a toy. These were also reclad with epoxy appliques. The scales were faired over with an acrylic dimensional medium. Over this was airbrushed grey primer, sage green and hammered bronze enamel paints. Touch up was done with acrylic verdigris and a bronze paint with actual milled metal in suspension. The eyes are fiber optic green glass beads.
