It's a cold and it's a broken Hallelujah.
Yeah, I saw TLJ and if you haven't heard from me sooner, it was because I needed to process the sheer amount of fangirlism ravaging my hormones. Suffice to say, I LOVED it.
I got inspired by a sculpture by Gustav Vigeland . It was so Reylo. Also, reds, flags, spears and broken, bleeding hearts, light+darkness...? Yeah, count me in.

It's so genius that you made the connection between this ship and the sculpture! The pose really is perfect, especially when you changed the small fact that Rey's expression is hidden. It is so compelling, I'm just insanely curious what kind of face she is making and it adds mystery to the piece!
Great use of colors, and the red fabric is kind of like a callback to Snoke's red throne room. Love it!

She's probably as tormented as Kylo is, but her hidden expression probably works in giving us the same uncertainty Kylo is feeling right now. Like... she hates him? But she keeps going after him? What's happening, he's tearing apart? XD

If you look at the original sculpture I almost think she's not pushing him away but pushing him down?? I don't think she's grabbing him but of course the artist would have their own ideas while creating the piece!

¡Dramático pero lindo! Yo no he tenido la oportunidad de ver la película porque no tengo a nadie quien me cuide a mi hija, que todavía es muy pequeña para ir al cine. Pero he visto los spoilers y me he vuelto muuuuyyy fan de ésta pareja, porque adoro la idea de que 2 personas de bandos opuestos (la buena y el villano, en este caso) se sientan muy atraídas entre sí. Además de que Adam Driver se ve exquisitamente atractivo como asesino de Jedis.
Eso es mucha madera para las fantasías pervertidas de internautas como yo. Y seré sincera, prefiero un millón de veces a esta pareja que a Han Solo x Leia o Anakin x Padme, ya que siempre me parecieron relaciones forzadas y sin mucha gracia. Y en el caso específico de Leia x Han, el asunto de que era la hermana perdida de Luke siempre me pareció un recurso muy sacado del culo para eliminar un posible triángulo amoroso.

¿Conseguiste ver ya la película?
Estas parejas de enemigos/amantes y en bandos opuestos es que me pueden. Tengo una debilidad tan obvia que da penita, y es la pareja de "tío grandote y amenazador vestido de negro con pelo largo y alma atormentada" + "chica menuda, luminosa y optimista que está en el bando de los buenos".
Yo también prefiero a Kylo+Rey. Al menos su relación tiene muchísima relevancia y química, no como Padmé y Anakin, que eran más secos que un cacho de cartón. Leia y Han tenían química, pero no me decían tanto.
Y jamás perdonaré a los que hicieron las precuelas por darle a Padmé una muerte tan tonta. "Ya no quiere vivir". Claro, como que Padmé, reina, senadora y tía con dos ovarios como casas, iba a dejarse morir después de parir a dos hijos que la necesitaban más que nada en el mundo.
Si al menos hubieran hecho que Anakin la matara al estrangularla directamente, pues tendría todo mucho más sentido... T_T
