This painting is the last one made and posted here, nine years ago.
I worked on two paintings in the studio yesterday morning, for the first time in nine years...perhaps you picked up on that?
Maybe we knew each other in a past life.

Interesting suggestion.
I would have to paint new versions as they are different sizes and I would want them the same...but I might think about it as a project, why not.

heh. Yes, well, as soon as I got my studio fitted out and ready to paint I threw myself into sculpture work which I don't really want to post as I like to keep here for paintings. But as soon as I, you know, shift from that or can't stop myself...I have a painting ready to work on/finish so that will break the ten-year pause.

It has so many tiny touches that are beautiful - The red/rust on the bottom, the golden spot, the diagonals in the white, the bent horizontal lines, the uneven vertical lines, the dark corners - another one of your works I would proudly hang on my wall!
