Description
After a failed attempt at attacking a heavily armed royal ship, the notorious pirate captain Felhart was chained by the neck to an iron cannon and left to drown in the sea. He was saved by tiny ocean creatures which he later affectionately called the Anemone people, but in return he can never travel too far from the sea and must protect the helpless sea creatures for the rest of his life.some weird story i came up with in history class.

Ooh, wonderful character design. I'm really digging his left leg, for some reason. The only thing I would add is that his wrists seem too thin, though that could be stylistic.
