If you look closely, you can see text in the whispy part coming from the mouth. It says, "Keep your soul like a secret in your throat."
Used microns, india ink, and markers.

Funny thing is, it's not supposed to be this creepy, gorey type picture. It symbolizes love, to put it plainly. Gerard has a hold of my heart, i.e. I love him. And the stringy, whispy stuff coming from his mouth is like the words/songs he says/sings rope me and pull me into him(That's why it's wrapped around my neck) so he can take my heart fully.
