Description
signs of spring when the ornamental plums blossom.took this whilst made still lifes on top of my letterbox in the front yard.
looking forward to seeing the results of her work when the film is developed.

The depth of field is really neat. It always breaks rules to have something within the foreground blurry... but you pulled it off well. The color scheme is very warm too with the pink flowers and then that baby blue sky!

thank you. i have not worried about the technical side of photography so am unaware of the rules. i would fail a photography course with my under/over exposure anyway and shooting into the sun the way i do

well, with rules, you are allowed to break them in order to get the best image too... that's why you just shoot different angles/perspectives/etc.

I'm going down there in a few days though, for a week to stay with a friend and catch up with old friends and Mikey.

thanks - but it was meant to be that way. i am really enjoying skinny focus on my images. giving lots of blur in the foreground and background.
