Not finished yet, obviously...

But I think it's a fair representation of something I needed to express.

When you're facing the proverbial storm, you feel small and weak, nearly defeated...but there's an inner strength that usually prevails.

This is somehow not quite my artistic style. But it reminds me of my cousin's. She did a painting for me when I was a baby of these three dancing women...this woman looks like the dancers. Except, unlike the pleasant, whimsical characters in her painting, this one has taken on dark qualities. So maybe this piece is a bit more personal than most of my doodles / paintings I put up here. And maybe that's okay.
