I think the design looks really nice. I am a sucker for white ponies with pink mane. (I have one myself) My downside is the pink legs they go too far up in my opinion. I would blend the pink more twards the hooves. Also why is she an alicorn? Is she a princess of something? Did she do something that no pony else can to earn her way to alicornhood? I'd like to know.

No offence but that's not how breeding works. The only way for an alicorn to be born an alicorn is if one of their parents are alicorns. Pegasus and unicorn parents can either bare pegasus or unicorns heck even earth ponies depending on their family tree. So I think it would make more sense if one of her parents were alicorn. I mean do what you want, I don't care. I'm just giving suggestions.
