When I first saw this poor sweet bun
I shed a tear and said "aw Hun,
You look infected and I swear
It seems there's mushrooms in you hair"
The bun was silent with vacant eyes
That made me stop and realize
It is just a drawing Lihnida made
Which looks to be of exceptional grade
Like all your arts always do
So I guess again I'll feature you!
I hope you don't mind me doing such
You see I love your art so much
And its not just that though it's true,
But I also am quite fond of YOU! ^^

Sure:
The Forgotten Ornament
The Forgotten Ornament
The very idea of being an ornament means to be noticed.
That is what made it especially hurtful to be forgotten, there on the hedge, while all of her friends were packed up with care in the cozy little box and put away for the season.
But so it was for her that year.
She had thought herself pretty and proud, one to be admired.
A shiny, sparkling, Christmas ornament, left all alone.
She so enjoyed each year, for so many years, the exciting day when she and her friends were met with that familiar bright light that meant they were being brought out of storage and were about to be displayed in the visual symphony that was her owner’s annual Christmas display. She was only one of many, but she was a part of something beautiful. As neighbo

An ancient one rests on a park bench
Surveying a world he once felt a part of through cataract-clouded eyes.
An octogenarian whose memories of yesteryear
Are clearer than yesterday, or even yester moment.
Isolated by his own failing senses
His ears, dull in hearing the children's laughter in play.
Wistfully, wondering what he is missing
His eyes dim in perceiving the beauty of the day.
Lovers embrace, holding hands nearby
Caught up in the blossoming springtime passion of their lives.
He remembers the sweetness of love in his day
But for him it is winter, the leaf of love, long fallen, leaving the tree barren.
A stunning beauty jogs past his place on that bench
She does not give him even a casual glance.
There was a time, he recalls, a time so long ago it seems
When his appraisement would have earned an appreciative smile.
Oh, those days when he was considered handsome,
Not only by mother and wife, he smiles…
The smile fades. He expected his mother must leave hi
The Madness Overtook Me
I huddled and shivered as the world's insanity poured down
Upon the roof of my common sense
But that roof had many leaks
Insanity drip, drop, dripped
Into my once safe, dry place
I hoped your love could have fixed that leak
But the madness overtook me.
I strained at the oars as the world's insanity seeped in
To the vessel of my reason
But that ship was sinking
Insanity rose high, higher, over my head
To the depths went my once buoyant refuge
I hoped your love could have bailed it all out
But the madness overtook me.
I clung in desperation as the world's insanity beat down
Upon the rock of my stability
But I… I just couldn't hold on anymore
Insanity slammed, buffeted, punished
Washing me away from my once solid hope
I hoped your love could have held me there
But the madness overtook me.
I sat in silence as the world's insanity overtook me
Leaving me with nothing, but loneliness
At last, insanity welled in my eyes
Insanity tracked down my cheek
I know insanity is in me no Here are those two and one other I like. It kind of reminds me of some of your recent drawings.
