Actually... This was an original character of mine. I never refined his face, but I've used him for a very long time to practice drawing male bodies, especially arms and lower legs. I had this sketch lying around for LONG before "Unspoiled" was ever posted, and I actually put it up because I used it as a model for Inu-papa's folded-arm-stance in a few drawings. My version of Hisoka just gradually turned into this character. Sometimes I wish I'd never done that, because now he'll look like "Hisoka" forever; I've lost my own character to a fanfic. Sigh. At least he's being put to good use.
